I cannot make andriod music playlist from PC

Hi;

 I'm using Exynos Galaxy s10+ and just updated my twist to Android 10 a week past. The problem is previously I always able to create euphony playlist and utilisation always use this method by link my device to PC>open music pamphlet from SD card directory>rectify click to whatever audio file>choose create play list>.pla file appear with my music in it and I can add extra files into the pla file. Trouble is after update to 10, the system seems to foreclose me from create .pla file in. Information technology keeps showing error as below.

And after back to S10 directory which normally shows SD circuit card and Telephone set, SD board melt

 Distinction:

1. I can standing copy any file from PC to my phone without any problem.

2. Time-tested using difference PCs and difference usb-C cable, no luck.

3. Already tried factory reset and SD board data formatting, still zero luck.
